I started the Couch to 5k program three weeks ago. By far, Week 4 has been the most challenging!
Monday: My first thought was ’5 minutes? Can I run minutes? Can I?’ I did and it felt great. I really like runs that end like this because you realise that every push is worth it.
Tuesday: Worked half the day in an office.
Wednesday: Rain, rain, go away.
Thursday: Super sunny day. Went running and even brought the friends I was hanging out with. Running has become a priority over many things nowadays.
Friday: Office job for the first half of the day and then straight to be a waitress till midnight. Tough life.
Saturday: Great run. Felt like I had overcome the most difficult week yet. Prepared for the 20m run in a week’s time!
Sunday: Sat on my behind for most of the day. Let’s call it a rest day.
